EADS SECA Engine Maintenance

SECA is the leader on the engine maintenance market for Business and Regional Aviation for turboprops and turbofans.

The company offers scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, light repairs, major overhauls, hot section inspections, and foreign object damage repair services.

It also provides consolidated fleet management, off-wing maintenance, operating and maintenance management, routine operational engineering and support, operational engineering trouble shooting, accessories maintenance, spare parts trading, training, 24-hour hot line, AOG desk, and on-site services; and training programs on engine models.

The company was founded in 1946 and is based in Gonesse, France. Eads Seca operates as a subsidiary of European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company EADS.

 

SECA is approved by all main aviation airworthiness authorities as well as quality assurance organizations
(FAA, EASA ,INAC VENEZUELA, ANAC BRAZIL, TCCA CANADA, DGAC EQUAT.GUINEA, SACAA SOUTH AFRICA, etc.)

SECA is the designated overhaul facility for the following major aircraft engine manufacturers:
Pratt & Whitney Canada: PW 100, PT6 series, PW 300 series, JT 15
Honeywell: TFE 731
GE: CF 700

Powerplant Support
Powerplant support efficiency impacts 25 % of aicraft operating costs and improves operator profitability and reliability.
Our Powerplant Engineering Team will trackk and monitor all your engines performance, oil consumption, borescope inspections, configuration, life limited parts and provide you with optimized maintenance and scheduling recommendations to maintain the engines on wing to achieve a balanced economic life.

MRO
In over 60 years experience in MRO activities and with more than 20,000 engines handled in its shops, EADS SECA has developped a strong expertise and provides customers with full maintenance capabilities from minor repair to overhaul wheter on turboprop or turbofan engines or accessories.

Knowing that time is money, we are on the line to assist you through our 24/24 Hotline. Whenever a technical support is needed, wherever in the world, our dedicated mobile repair teams are ready to operate upon request in a very short time.

Training
Whether in our Engine Training Center or at operators' site, our instructor provides training programs on Pratt & Whitney Canada engine models. To better meet your expectations, the training sessions can be adapted to your requirements.

Time and Material contract: Classical maintenance program for heavy maintenance scheduled or non scheduled events.
Payment at each engine event based on an engine cost estimate after engine inspection
Low cash-flow visibility

Pay-By-the Event contract (PBE): Guaranteed hourly rate per engine flying hour.
Payment occurs for each individual engine at the time of its shop visit.
Cash flow visibility (date of occurrence and maximum amount to be invoiced)

Pay-By-the-Hour contract (PBH): Guaranteed hourly rate on a monthly basis per engine flying hour.
Maximum cash flow visibility through regular monthly payments.
Optional Support Services can be included

Services contracts separately or in addition to basic maintenance contracts (powerplant support, engine lease …)
